Refund Policy

1. Custom Orders

Because all hats are custom-made, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong sizes
  • Customer design errors
  • Change of mind

2. Lifetime Hats Error Policy

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The wrong design was embroidered
  • The craftsmanship is defective
  • You received the wrong items
  • There was a production issue caused by us

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Order number
  • Description of the problem

3. Damaged During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours.
We will help you with a replacement or a carrier claim.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
Once embroidery or customization has started, the order is non-refundable.
