We reserve the right to decline any artwork we deem inappropriate or infringing.

4. Production & Turnaround

Estimated production times are provided at checkout. While we aim to meet all deadlines, production times may vary due to order volume, design complexity, or supply constraints.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

5. Shipping

Shipping options, timelines, and fees are shown at checkout. Ownership of products transfers to you when we hand the package to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Custom products are generally non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Production errors
• Incorrect items received
