Thank you for choosing Lifetime Hats. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your custom hat order will be produced and delivered.

1. Production Time (5–10 Business Days)

All hats are custom-made. Our current production window is:

Production begins after payment and artwork approval.

Rush production may be available on select items for an additional fee.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping begins after production is complete.

Typical delivery times (depending on carrier and destination):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping speed is selected at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If tracking does not update within the expected timeframe, contact:
support@lifetimehats.com

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Lifetime Hats is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages

We will help you file a claim if needed.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address.

If the address is incorrect and the package is shipped:

  • We cannot refund the order
  • Reshipment fees may apply if the package is returned to us

6. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  2. Email support@lifetimehats.com within 48 hours
  3. Include your order number

We will assist with a replacement or claim.
